Flow | Building Leadership Through Technology

Our contribution to education is extremely valuable to nation building and to the advancement of Jamaica’s youth.

The Building Leaders Programme is a broad-based approach to new ways of teaching and learning using digital technology. It seeks to expose students, teachers, parents and community groups to the importance of including digital tools in the learning process.

Through targeted activities, this programme will:

• Expose students, teachers, parents and community groups to digital tools such as the internet and educational programmes in the learning and teaching processes.
• Make available an IT Specialist to augment IT education in schools
• Include a mentoring and leaders Forum component to motivate students to perform at higher standards. ·
• Work with other private sector companies to help facilitate equipment for schools’ computer labs.
