Job Summary
The Developer/Analyst will work within the Revenue Assurance department and be responsible for data mining primarily Retail and Carrier Billing information. The individual should be experienced with a variety of SQL query and reporting tools and be able to serve as a business analyst to liaise between technical and end-user groups. The individual should also possess web development/programming skills in order to build and administer internal applications designed to enhance and streamline Company processes.
The individual should have a proven track record of delivering tangible results, display a high level of initiative and be flexible in order to respond to ever changing business requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide data for outbound invoice preparation and inbound reconciliation
• Develop scripts, etc. to provide tracking/effectiveness of promotions
• Design and maintain web based applications to support various departments
• Serve as a fix agent to troubleshoot issues with internal applications
Qualifications/Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent qualifications
• 3+ years building, enhancing, and supporting web-based applications
• 3+ years in systems analysis with proven prior experience in systems process and workflow analysis,
programming and experience working on project teams or as an individual contributor
• Experience in system integration, automating business processes and exchanging data between systems
• Experience working in all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to design,
construction, testing and release
• Skilled at designing and deploying reports and reporting systems
• Experience with Cable/Telecommunications industry preferred
Required Skills
• SQL Experience (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
• Programming languages (HTML, PHP, ASP.NET, etc)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

Job Summary
Retail CSRs are expected to provide exceptional service for Flow
customers and potential customers who visit our retail branches,
ensuring total customer satisfaction, so as to maintain profitable
customer relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of customer service issues to ensure resolution to each customer’s satisfaction
- Accurately processing customer account payments quickly and efficiently
- Maximizing revenue generation opportunities through the signing up of new customers and up-selling to existing customers
Qualifications/Experience
- A minimum of four (4) CXCs including Mathematics and English Language
- At least one (1) year experience as a Custome Service Representative or in a similar position

Primary objective of the job:
To support efforts at ensuring the company’s image in marketing
communications including but not limited to advertising, sponsorship,
and collateral development is kept at a consistently high level while
maintaining an excellent relationships with all key stakeholders in
business, government and society.
Number of persons managed/supervised and their positions:
5 branding contractors
Main Duties and responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams;
advertising agencies and media houses to ensure branding/advertising and
merchandising materials are executed according to firm’s brand
guidelines.
- Responsible for the execution (i.e. planning of branding &
promotional activities) at all Flow sponsored events and exhibitions to
ensure that the company’s image is maintained at a high standard.
- Manage and coordinate related marketing, advertising and
promotional staff and activities as required.
- Liaise with printers and third party suppliers to ensure production
deadlines are kept and there is a constant supply of advertising and
communication materials.
- Develop and support the marketing function in the maintenance of
all external communications as required.
- Responsible for sourcing and purchase of promotional items.
- Liaise with ad agency on development and execution of new creative
& advertising materials
- Ensure timely and ongoing updates of marketing messages on
Company’s IVR as required
- Work with Outdoor Agencies regarding creative issues and execution;
report on performance trends for all marketing initiatives, prepare
weekly reports, process and track invoices.
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:

Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional
qualification

Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Practical experience for at least two years in a communications
environment would be an asset.
- Experience working in an aggressive FMCG organization is ideal.
- Good understanding of creative development processes
