Michele English 
President and Chief Operating Officer

Michele is President and Chief Operating Officer of Flow in Jamaica. She took on this role in August of 2008, having been a part of the Flow team since 2006 as General Manager.

Prior to joining Flow, Michele worked with a Canadian communications company in several capacities including Director of Human Resources, General Manager and finally Vice President responsible for managing the company’s Atlantic Canadian Division. Michele led the rebuild of the company’s network and successfully deployed digital cable and broadband Internet in its markets.

Ms. English has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration degree.

Janice R. Pisko
General Manager

Janice R. Pisko  (Jan)  brings to FLOW over 25 years in the Telecommunications Industry in Canada in senior operations management roles.  Ms. Pisko served as Vice President of Operations for Monarch Cablesystems in Alberta and British Columbia, Canada until 2004. Under her leadership the company successfully acquired and integrated several cable acquisitions, introduced new technology and services including High Speed Internet, Premium and High Definition TV, Cable Advertising Divisions.  Since 2004 Ms. Pisko has operated a management consulting business serving both small private companies and National firms in the financial investment and oil and gas sectors.  Prior to joining FLOW, Ms. Pisko has worked with the Canadian Cable Systems Alliance in their network negotiations and has also worked extensively in the implementation of software management systems for various Telecommunications Companies in the U.S., Europe and South America.
 
In her role as General Manager, Ms. Pisko will have direct responsibility for Customer Care, Technical Operations, Marketing and Sales, Revenue Assurance,and Media Services.

Ms. Pisko is married with a grown family, she is a Canadian citizen and a resident of Jamaica.

Andrew Fazio
Director, Commercial Sales

Andrew Fazio is a graduate of the Florida Atlantic University business school where he received a dual degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration Systems. He also attended the Burke Institute in Cincinnati where he pursued studies in Statistics and Marketing. Since 1985 he has been involved in technical sales for Remote Access Solutions, VOIP telephony, and ISP companies.

Mr. Fazio has over twenty years experience in sales and the implementation of ISP, VOIP, and Remote Access solutions. He was responsible for startup, implementation, and ongoing operations for three ISP companies, as well as two distribution companies focused on solutions utilizing Citrix operating systems.

He has been successful in implementing sales processes and managing large sales teams.

Mr. Fazio also possesses a wealth of technical marketing experience. He spent five years with a Fortune 500 company in the United States, where he was responsible for business and market research used to guide senior management in acquisitions, industry analysis, and competitive tracking.

Mr. Fazio now heads up the Commercial Sales unit for Flow.

Mr. Fazio is an American citizen and resident of Jamaica.

Carlton Baxter
Director, Engineering

Carlton Baxter has over twenty four years experience in the cable television and broadband telecommunications industry. Over the years, he has worked in increasingly responsible technical and management positions within the industry in South Florida, primarily in Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (HFC) system engineering, design and construction, as well as in Technical Operations management.  

Carlton joined Flow in July 2007 as Design Manager and was promoted in July 2008 to Director of Engineering. Reporting to Michele English, President and COO of Flow Jamaica, Carlton has direct responsibility for managing  the Network and Infrastructure operations of the company, to include Head end, Transport, Design, Civil Construction, IT , Outside Plant Construction, Voice Services  and Facilities Maintenance departments.

Prior to joining Flow as Design Manager in July 2007, Carlton worked for Comcast Cable Communications of South Florida   from 1995 – 2001 and 2003- 2007.  During this timeframe he has held the positions of Chief Technical Manager, Rebuild Project Manager, Network Maintenance Manager and Technical Operations Manager. During his tenure at Comcast, he worked with a team to successfully launched VOD and triple play (digital &HD video, Voice and internet) throughout Broward, Dade County and the Keys.

From 2001-2003 he worked for Cable Connections and Utilities (CCU), a full service aerial  and underground utility construction company  as Construction Manager, overseeing the building of over 250  miles of aerial and 150 miles of UG fiber cables for various customers.

A proud Munro College “old boy”, sports lover and motor racing fan, he has recently returned home after many years in the USA.

Mr. Baxter attended the College of Arts, Science and Technology in Jamaica where he studied Electrical Engineering.  He also attended the Polytechnic Institute of New York. He is also a member of the SCTE.

Mr. Baxter is a citizen and resident of Jamaica.

Craig Pink
Director, Information Technology

Craig Pink has over sixteen years experience in the data servicesmarket working as an Internet Systems Architect and Administrator.Craig has designed, implemented and supported Broadband ServicesNetworks in Bermuda and Grenada, among other Caribbean Countries. Hehas a diploma in Computer Studies from the University of Technology,Jamaica.

At Flow, Craig is Director of the Information Technology department.His primary responsibilities are to assist in formulation andimplementation of strategies for building of the broadbandinfrastructure. He will also be responsible for maintaining thealignment of the corporate IT structure and processes to meet thecompany's business objectives.

He is a member of IEEE.

Mr. Pink is a citizen and resident of Jamaica. 

David Tulk
Director, Revenue Assurance

David Tulk has ten years experience in the Information Technology sector, both in the telecommunications and software development areas. He is Microsoft certified and has a diploma in Computer Studies.

As Director of Revenue Assurance, Mr. Tulk's primary responsibility at Flow is to ensure full realization of company revenue. This is achieved in part by protecting Flow from fraud and ensuring there are no gaps in the revenue stream.

Mr. Tulk is a Canadian citizen and resident of Jamaica.

Thomas Chin
Director, Finance

Thomas (Tom) Chin is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with 30 years in the communications industry.

Prior to joining Flow, he held the title of Director of Financial Operations for Rogers Communications Inc. in Toronto, Canada.  In this role, Tom was responsible for managing the shared services of accounts payable, remittance processing and financial systems (Oracle, Hyperion and FileNexus) in the Rogers group of companies.  His specific areas of expertise are in consolidations and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, acquisitions and divestitures, management of shared services, and systems development and implementation.  Tom is no stranger to cross border arenas, as he also implemented financial systems and managed financial operations in England and the United States.

In his current role as Director of Finance for Flow, Tom is responsible for all aspects of financial management and operations.

Mr. Chin is a citizen Jamaica/Canada and resides in Jamaica.

Iain McFadyen
Director, Transport and Data

Iain McFadyen joined Flow in January 2007. His tasks involve designing and implementing a broadband core network across the island, plus providing administration and management for an existing fibre optic submarine cable system which extends from Jamaica to Dominican Republic. Iain also supports the design and installation of International Private Line, and Data services.

Prior to joining FLOW, Iain worked in Telecommunications for 26 years, in many varied roles including undersea fibre, central office, broadband data and satellite communications. Iain also worked in outposts such as Seychelles, Turkey, Maldives, Bermuda, UK and USA.

Following the landfall of Hurricane Katrina in Louisiana in Sept 2005, Iain volunteered with American Red Cross Disaster Services, near Washington DC, with responsibility for evaluating, designing, selecting vendors, implementing solutions, and providing support for rapidly deployable disaster telecommunications solutions.

Mr. McFadyen is a British citizen, and a resident of Jamaica.

Michael Look Tong
Director, Media Services

Michael joined Flow in November 2007 as Director, Media Services. 

Michael is responsible for leading and developing Flow’s Media Services business. 

Michael comes to Flow with a wealth of experience in Sales, Marketing and General Management crossing several industries including telecommunications, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and restaurants.

He has worked throughout the Caribbean for major multinational organizations within these industries including Kraft Foods , Nabisco and PepsiCo.

Prior to joining Flow, Michael was responsible for Pan Caribbean marketing projects across the broadband mobile businesses.

Prior to this he spent 7 years with Kraft Foods with increasing responsibilities in marketing, domestic & export sales and general management.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary’s University, Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Michael is a Trinidadian citizen and resident of Jamaica. 

Nick Abbott
Director, Customer Care

Nick is responsible for managing the customer experience at Flow, ensuring that our customer voices are heard and that our customers’ expectations are met and exceeded.

During the ten years prior to joining Flow, Nick implemented and managed outsourced customer service and technical support operations on behalf of companies such as GE, Wal-Mart, Honeywell, Goldman Sachs and the Bank of New York.

Previously, Nick spent twelve years a Supply Officer in the Royal Air Force serving tours of duty in Europe, the Middle East, North America and the South Atlantic.

Mr. Abbott is a British citizen and resident of Jamaica.

Olga Mills
Director, Human Resources

Olga Mills is the Director of Human Resources at Flow. She has nineteen years experience in progressive and increasingly responsible positions in human resources, sales and general management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Masters in Education.

As Director of the Human Resources department at Flow, it is Ms. Mills' responsibility to implement human resource policies and procedures with respect to employment, orientation, training, employee benefits, recruiting, wages & salary administration as well as to oversee performance management and benefit administration.

She is a member of the Jamaica Employers Federation.

Ms. Mills is a citizen and resident of Jamaica.

Raymond Cole
Director, Residential Sales

Raymond Cole joined Flow in November 2008. Raymond is directly responsible for maximizing  the residential sales  operations at Flow.  Raymond  leads the field sales team, the telesales team, the Muliple Dwelling Unit team  and the sales promotion-events team.

Raymond is a telecom veteran  with experience in both Jamaica and the US.   Raymond recently joined Flow after a successful  four  year   engagement at Cable and Wireless Jamaica.  Raymond’s telecom experience in  Jamaica  also includes a successful   engagement at Digicel as   the Corporate and Dealer Sales Manager from  2001 to 2003.  

Prior to returning to Jamaica in 2001 Raymond worked in the wireless messaging industry for several concerns in the  1990’s including Metrocall    where he was selected as a top Direct Sales Manager three years in a row in the companies National Achievement Awards Program. This engagement included  deployments in both Houston  and San Antonio Texas.

Raymond began his sales career in Los Angeles, California where he worked his way up from a  inexperienced sales representative to Director of Sales of Communications Transmitting Services, a start up   wireless messaging company.

After gaining invaluable experience in telecom and sales in the U.S , Raymond returned home  with a zest to sell and develop sales organizations  in Jamaica. Raymond is known for a innovative hands on management style which revolves around his commitment to excel.

 Raymond is very actively involved with upbringing and mentoring  his 10 year old daughter. His hobbies include current events  and music production including this daughters  singing  interest “ Islandgirlz”.   He is a avid 5 k runner and can be  seen pounding the pavement on any given day.

Raymond earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. He is also a graduate from the ATT National Sales Institute.     

Raymond is a citizen and resident of Jamaica.

Sharon Roper
Director, Marketing

Sharon, joined Flow on January 5th, 2009 reports directly to the President and COO of Flow Jamaica and has direct responsibility for the Marketing and Public Relations portfolio. She is a seasoned marketing professional with over 15 years of strategic and operational marketing management experience.  Having worked in both the Consulting and Telecommunications industries, across Europe, North, Central, South America and the Caribbean, she brings a wealth of expertise in managing large scale project implementations and teams to achieve phenomenal success.

As the former Brand Director for Digicel, Sharon successfully managed the overall development of the firm’s brand image, regional communications programmes and the establishment of the brand in new Digicel markets.  Prior to joining Digicel, Sharon was Senior Marketing Manager for Accenture Plc, where she worked for 7 years, developing the firms’ global image and leading its marketing efforts to sell Accenture services to Telcoms and Electronics Industries across Europe and North America.

Sharon is a Business & Marketing graduate, and holds the Charted Institute of Marketing Diploma, which she earned whilst living in the UK.  Sharon is married and has one son. 

Orville Lewis
Senior Financial Controller

Orville Lewis is a chartered accountant, a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica. He commenced his career at the Insurance Company of the West Indies Limited and then spent four years at KPMG Peat Marwick (Jamaica).

Subsequent to leaving KPMG, Mr. Lewis joined Deloitte & Touche (Bahamas) where he spent seven years. During this period, he was promoted to Senior Manager in Assurance and Advisory services. His responsibilities included planning, executing, and supervising audit engagements in various industries covering communications, retail, and financial services. Additionally, he was responsible for the training and mentoring of junior staff. While at Deloitte & Touché, Mr. Lewis also served as the Acting Vice President of Finance for a large retail group for approximately eleven months.

At Flow, Mr. Lewis is responsible for the accounting functions, financial reporting, and developing and implementing processes for internal control.

Mr. Lewis is a citizen and resident of Jamaica.

Sharma Taylor, LL.B (Hons.), L.E.C  
In-House Legal Counsel

Sharma Taylor joined the Flow team in July 2007. As the Company’s sole internal Legal Counsel, Sharma is primarily responsible for providing the Company and its associated companies with general advice, guidance, management, leadership and direction on all regulatory issues and legal matters. She is charged with heading the operations of the Company’s Legal Department and assisting in the formulation of the Company’s legal strategy. Her role also involves acting as the Company’s liaison with the various regulatory authorities and supervising and coordinating External Counsel representing the Company in a range of conveyancing, commercial and litigation matters and company acquisitions. 
 
A former Associate at one of the island’s major law firms, DunnCox, Sharma gained years’ experience practicing civil litigation with an emphasis on contract, negligence, banking, commercial and property/estate disputes. She also has had experience in telecommunications disputes.

An Attorney-at-Law, Sharma was called to the Bar in 2004 and is a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School and is currently completing a Masters Degree in Corporate and Commercial Law (LL M) at the University of the West Indies. She was awarded a Bachelors of Laws Degree (LL B) with First Class Honours from the University of the West Indies in 2002 and a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School in 2004. She graduated from the law school on the Principal’s Honour Roll. 
 
Sharma has been the recipient of various academic scholarships and awards, including the Anthony and Joy Bland Bursary, the Frank Myers Scholarship, David Coore Bursary, Piper & Samuda Prize, Douglas Fletcher Award and most recently the Carreras Post-graduate Scholarship. Shortlisted for the Prime Minister’s National Youth Award for Academics in 2006, she is committed to advancing legal education in Jamaica, by lecturing law at the Paralegal Training Institute and the University of the West Indies Distance Education Centre (UWIDEC). She is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association, sits on the Board of Management of the Cumberland High School and is a mentor with Youth Opportunities Unlimited.

Sharma is a citizen and resident of Jamaica.

 

Xun (Ray) Li
Director, Voice Services

Ray Li joined Flow in April 2008. He is responsible of network deployment, support and planning for Flow’s Voice Services.

Ray has over 18 years experience in Telecommunication and Information Technology industry. Prior to joining Flow, Ray worked for MTS Allstream Canada as Senior Technical Specialist where he led the technology development on multiple VoIP projects across Canada.

Ray is a graduate of PLA University of Science and Technology in China where he received the Bachelor Degree of Engineering.

Ray is a Canadian Citizen and resident of Jamaica.
