Flow Bill View – Terms & Conditions of Use

  1. There will be no charge to the customer for using Flow Bill View service.
  2. Bill View service will be provisioned on a dedicated channel on Flow’s Digital Cable TV network. Channel # 800 has been assigned to Bill View service
  3. Bill View service is only available to cable TV customers who reside in Triple Play (two-way) areas
  4. All cable TV customers in two-way areas will have their accounts automatically provisioned with Bill View service. N.B Customers in one-way (cable TV only) areas, will not be able to access Bill View service, as their Set Top box will not be able to send a request to the Head End, because of the configuration of Flow’s network in their area
  5. Bill View service can only be accessed from a Set Top Box that is assigned to the account for which the balance is required
  6. In order to access their account information on Bill View, the customer must enter the PIN for the Set Top Box on which they want to access Bill View. If the customer did not create a PIN for the Set Top Box, they will be prompted to do so. Once the customer has created a PIN for the Set Top, they will then enter the PIN on the Bill View screen in order to access their account information
  7. The Previous Balance, Payments up to the date of the most recent statement received, Balance Brought Forward, Current charges and Amount due by the date of the next statement for the services (Watch, Talk, Click) to which the customer is subscribed will be displayed on the Bill View screen.
  8. If the customer encounters a problem while attempting to access their account information or suspects that the information presented by Bill View is inaccurate, then they should call Customer Care at 1-888-303-3000 for assistance.
  9. The information presented on Bill View will be updated at the end of each day to reflect on-going payments made by the customer and/or any additional charges incurred by the customer

1. What is Flow Bill View?

Flow Bill View is a value added service that is available on channel #800 on Flow’s Digital Cable TV network. Flow Bill View allows cable TV (Watch) customers to view their account information on their TV Set by entering their PIN via their Remote Control.

2. Can anyone access Flow Bill View service?

All cable TV (Watch) customers who reside in areas where Flow’s residential landline (Talk) and Internet (Click) service is also available, will be able to access Flow Bill View. Customer’s who reside in areas where only cable TV (Watch) is available, will not be able to access Flow Bill View service.

N.B. Flow Bill View service can only be accessed from a Set Top Box that is assigned to the account for which the balance information is required.

3. Why should I use Flow Bill View?

Flow Bill View provides an easy and convenient way to check your account balance. You can even check your account balance during commercial breaks while watching your favourite TV show

4. How much will it cost me to use Flow Bill View?

Flow Bill View is a free value added service provided for the customer’s convenience. Hence there is no charge to use the service.

5. What are the benefits of using Flow Bill View service?

Flow Bill View service offers you the following benefits:

  • Easier and quicker access to your  account balance information via your TV
  • Helps to reduce the risk of incurring Late Fee charges as result of not receiving a bill and forgetting to make payment on your account by the 28th day of the month

6. What is the procedure for accessing Flow Bill View service?

Customers wishing to access Flow Bill View service should adhere to the following procedure:

  • Select channel # 800 on your Set Top Box
  • Enter the PIN for the Set Top Box from which you are going to access your account information on the Bill View screen.
  •  If you did not create a PIN for the Set Top Box you will be prompted to do so.
  • Once you have created a PIN for the Set Top, you will then enter the PIN on the Bill View screen in order to access your account information
  • Bill View will ask you to wait a few seconds while your account information is retrieved. The Previous Balance, Payments up to the date of the most recent statement received, Balance Brought Forward, Current charges and Amount due by the date of the next statement for the services (Watch, Talk, Click) to which you are subscribed will be displayed on the Bill View screen.
  • For HFC Business Customers the charges displayed on their Bill View screen represents US$

7. What should I do if I cannot access my account information on Bill View?

If you encounter a problem while attempting to access your account information or suspect that the information presented on Flow Bill View not inaccurate, then they should call our Customer Care Centre at 1-888-303-3000 for assistance.
